Conveyancing Paralegal / Solicitor

Scullion Law

Hamilton + Glasgow
£Outstanding package

They say that moving house is one of the most stressful things that you can do . . . not for our clients!

At Scullion Law, our sole aim is to provide our clients with a conveyancing service which actually allows them to enjoy the home buying process. In order to achieve this, we need to have the right talent in place.

We’re currently looking for an exceptional Paralegal to join our team of Solicitors, Paralegals, Clerks and Trainees.

We’re looking for you to be able to demonstrate your ability to work to deadlines in a pressured environment, at all times successfully managing client expectations with a positive attitude. In addition, we’re looking for you to show us that you have a thorough knowledge of Scots Property Law, CML Handbook, Cash Room administration and Law Society compliance requirements. It goes without saying that you will be well organised with the ability to manage a high volume caseload and hit customer service and fee targets. While the work is high volume and deadline driven, we need you to remain poised with our clients at all times. This, after all, is a stressful time for them.

So, it’s over to you, and we’re really excited to hear from you! We’re looking for you to dazzle us with your previous experience. Wow us with your forensic attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines. Inspire us with your drive and determination and above all, make us wonder how we can run our business without you. In return, we’ll offer you:

• 30 fantastic colleagues.
• Prestigious offices with excellent reputation.
• Comprehensive training and support.
• Encouragement, guidance and passion for excellence.
• Ambitious development plans.
• Great salary and incentives.
