This contract of employment, including the schedule attached as relative hereto sets out the terms of your employment with [specify name of employer] and in accordance with the provisions of sections 7A and 7B of the Employment Rights Act 1996, it is hereby declared that the terms of this contract of employment and the schedule attached hereto contain all of the statutory written terms and conditions in terms of Part I of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
