Document Delivery

The Library can supply copies of specific cases, articles, legislation or text. Requests can be made by e-mail, fax, post, DX, LP, by phone or using the form below.

For material which is in copyright we will require a copyright declaration form signed and faxed, posted or delivered to the Library. Copies (single-sided on A4 paper) will be sent by DX, LP, faxed or available for collection on the day the request was received (if received before 4pm). We aim to satisfy requests for document delivery within 2 hours of receipt, where possible. If you have not received the requested document or an explanation for a delay please contact the Librarian. If you do not contact us it will be assumed that that the material has been safely delivered and you will be invoiced accordingly.

We can also provide Members with access to a range of further information resources, especially inter-library loans and the British Library. For the British Library's current price list please see www.bl.uk. We can also order copies of reported and unreported cases and journal articles not held in the Library. Any charges incurred in supplying materials to Members will be passed on at cost. Charges and delivery times vary depending on the supplying library and the nature of the material sought.
