Representatives of the Royal Faculty of Procurators in Glasgow and Edinburgh Conveyancers Forum agreed a new standard contract conditions for the sale and purchase of houses. The Combined Standard Clauses 2009, which supersede the previous version of the Glasgow Standard Missives 2008, are now live and available to download. The Combined Standard Clauses were launched on 1st October 2009.
