Representatives of the Royal Faculty of Procurators in Glasgow and Edinburgh Conveyancers Forum have agreed new standard contract conditions for the sale and purchase of houses. The Combined Standard Clauses 2011, which supersede the previous version of the Glasgow Standard Missives 2009, goes live on 17 October 2011 and is available to download.
