|Seminar Details||Donald Reid will review the practice and procedure of notice clauses and the giving of notices in property transactions. He will look at proper drafting of these, and invite discussion of painful examples of expensive but instructive mistakes. Ignore at your peril.
Donald Reid qualified as a solicitor in 1975. He was appointed Chairman of Mitchells Roberton in 1997. He has practised extensively, though not exclusively, in the field of conveyancing and property law, both residential and commercial. He lectures widely and frequently to the legal profession on conveyancing and property related topics and is frequently called upon to give opinions or reports on the conveyancing aspects of disputes and litigations. He is listed in the Law Society of Scotland Directory of Expert Witnesses and serves on the Property Law Committee of the Law Society of Scotland.
