Seminar Details The Scotland Bill (a Bill setting out amendments to the Scotland Act 1998, with the aim of devolving further powers to Scotland) is currently making its way through the UK Parliament. In this seminar Professor Alan Page will focus on the implications of the Bill.
Professor Page is the Dean of the University of Dundee School of Law. He has published extensively in the fields of public law and is currently working on book on constitutional law in Scotland for SULI.
