Seminar Details Tom Quail Solicitor Advocate will provide a talk on advising clients in relation to claims under the Family Law (Scotland) 2006 in light of the decision of the Inner House in Gow v Grant.

In particular, Tom will provide guidance to solicitors on the advice to be provided to clients in relation to how to pursue claims under the cohabitation provisions now that we have had case law setting out some guidance

Tom Quail is head of the Family Law Unit at Andersons Solicitors LLP and has been practicing exclusively in family law for over ten years. He is an accredited Family Law Specialist, an accredited Family Law Mediator, trained in Collaborative Law and is a Solicitor Advocate.
