Seminar Details | The on-going consultation on clauses to amend the Scotland Act in relation to devolution issues and acts of the Lord Advocate. Aidan O'Neill was called to the bar in 1987 and took silk in 1999. He is qualified to appear as councel in England and Wales as well as Scotland. The Chambers Guide rates him as having "outstanding expertise in human rights, post-devolution constitutional law and EU law". He has also authored 3 legal texts and numerous articles and has taught at a number of Universities. |
