Alan will look at what a pre-pack deal is, how it is structured and discuss what to do if you or a client of yours is involved in, or affected by, a pre-pack deal. Alan Meek is a partner at MacRoberts. He heads up the Corporate Recovery Group and has more than a decade of experience in insolvency matters. Alan is regularly instructed by the leading insolvency practitioners and has acted in many high profile insolvencies.
