|Seminar Details||As well as steps to be taken in preparation for a proof, this talk will also cover the necessary advocacy techniques to be used.
Andrew Ireland is a partner in DAC Beachcroft and a Solicitor Advocate and specialises in representing defenders and their insurers in complex personal injury claims. He is a former tutor in Civil Advocacy and Procedure at the GGSL who has also obtained a Diploma in the teaching of Advocacy Skills from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, USA. He also contributes to CPD courses on both personal injury law and advocacy skills.
