Seminar Details This interactive seminar will focus on the real issues facing lawyers with regards to professional ethics. Looking at recent examples and cases Professor Rennie will have delegates questioning what is ethical and what is not. Professor Robert Rennie has extensive experience in professional negligence as it affects the legal practice. Working both at Harper Macleod and as a part time professor at the University of Glasgow, he has provided many opinions to other members of the legal profession in relation to Conveyancing, property law and negligence matters and is regularly called upon to act as an expert witness in court.
