Seminar Details This seminar will discuss inter naturalia – obligations that run with the lease and those that don’t – options to buy – user concession etc, problems with service of notices to exercise break option and for rent review.
Ken Gerber has been a partner at Anderson Strathern since 2007 and previously a partner at Kidstons and Leslie Wolfson & Co. He has been accredited by Law Soc. of Scotland as specialist in commercial leasing since 1994 and has written the book Commercial Leases in Scotland – A Practitioner’s Guide, first published 2009 and second edition published in June 2013. Ken has written various documents for Greens Practice Styles on commercial property and wrote much of and lead the project for updating the landlord and tenant section of Stair Memorial Encyclopaedia.
