Seminar Details This seminar will be a practical session identifying the potential pitfalls involved in social media and also the steps that can be taken to protect against claims and the risks in this fast-moving sphere. Professor David Hoey is a partner in the employment law team of bto Solicitors. He is accredited as an employment law specialist by the Law Society of Scotland and is Visiting Professor in Employment Law for Strathclyde University. He has specialised in employment law throughout his career, advising all types of employers on every aspect of employment law and practice at each stage of the employment relationship.
