Seminar Details This lunchtime seminar is going to discuss the current processes and recent developments for avoiding and managing complaints. This seminar will also look to address SLCC methodology and sanctions re service, LSS powers and sanctions and Managing quality and handling dissatisfaction/complaints. Laura Malcolm is one of the solicitors within the Professional Support Team at the Law Society; Laura is responsible for supporting the interests of various key groups within the profession. Laura previously spent 4 years working in the Society’s Complaints Investigation Team and in the Regulation Liaison Team, when the SLCC was set up.
