|Seminar Details||This seminar will provide a review of topical issues in financial provision including unequal division of matrimonial property and cohabitation claims post Gow v Grant.
Kate was a solicitor in private practice from 1985 before coming to the bar in 2000. Since then she has practised mainly in the field of family law. Kate also acts in professional negligence cases where there is a family law element.
She has given numerous lectures at Family Law Association, Advocates Family Law Association and for the Royal Faculty of Procurators on matters relating to family law and on advocacy and pleading.
