Seminar Details This seminar will provide an explanation of the current position with respect to contaminated land with particular reference to the interest of conveyancers. It will address in particular the risks to conveyancers and the steps that they should be taking with respect to contaminated land in routine conveyancing transactions both residential and commercial. The speaker is Kenneth Ross a Solicitor in Brodies LLP with 30 years practical experience of conveyancing transactions. Kenneth is also an Honorary Professor at Glasgow University teaching an Environmental Law course there, the Convenor the Law Society of Scotland Environmental Law Committee and a member of the National Council of the UK Environmental Law Association.
